Commercial fault finding
A tripping circuit, failed lighting run, or intermittent power issue needs a proper diagnosis, not a patch job. The job is to find the cause, explain what's going on, and fix it properly.
Common faults
- Tripping RCDs and circuit breakers
- Lighting circuit failures, partial or complete
- Power point and ring main faults
- Intermittent supply issues
- Overloaded circuits and load balancing
- Earth leakage faults
- Damaged wiring, junction boxes, and connection failures
- Equipment that won't start or trips under load
Planned maintenance
Reactive work isn't the only option. Scheduled maintenance visits keep things ahead of the curve: switchboard checks, RCD testing, lighting inspections, and picking up the developing issues before they turn into a callout.
